What I Offer
I offer compassionate coaching to help you find more Joy, Authenticity, Connection, and Power in all areas of your life.
I inspire and empower people to live into their highest potential. Through thought-provoking questions, you'll gain clarity, learning to live as your authentic self while sharing and honing your uniquely divine gifts. I embrace diversity in race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, and religion/spirituality and will honor your lived experiences.
My most successful clients have weekly or bi-weekly sessions, though monthly or simply one-time sessions are also welcomed. Frequent sessions are effective for two reasons:
1. I will lovingly yet firmly hold you accountable for making changes and cultivating healthy, new habits.
2. Regularly scheduled sessions often reveal hidden patterns and unhelpful, self-limiting beliefs.
Awareness is key, so once you realize what's been holding you back, I'll be there to make sure you stick to new habits and make progress towards your goals.
Many of my clients also regularly see a therapist, counselor, or other licensed mental health care practitioner. My view of coaching is that it is supplemental to therapy and helps you go from surviving to thriving. My style is forward-thinking (though I'll still recommend meditation and mindfulness practices to help you stay in the present). :)
If you don't have a therapist, I will gladly recommend one if needed. I am careful to work within my scope of practice and readily refer clients to a variety of health and wellness practitioners.
What's the process?
We'll start with a complimentary, 15-minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit.
If we are, we'll schedule our first session and I'll email you a short list of questions to answer in preparation for our work together. Your answers will help us to get a jump-start on the work, plus serve as a way to track your progress.

About
In 2014, after a 12-year career in marketing and event planning, I began what I now lovingly refer to as my Year of Transformation. I quit my full-time job at the University of Florida and enrolled at the Florida School of Massage. That same year, I also went through a divorce, drove across the country and back, became a Licensed Massage Therapist, and founded what is now Simplify Home Organizing.
I am honored to facilitate transformation in the lives of my clients, who seek out my services in order to find Clarity, Power, Authenticity, and Joy in every area of their lives.
I'm happily an active member of the Gainesville, Florida community where I enjoy leading women's circles, being guest DJ at Ecstatic Dances, teaching workshops,
and facilitating Cuddle Sanctuary events.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, Zumba, birdwatching, sharing long hugs, encouraging my fellow entrepreneurial friends, and finding friendly neighborhood cats to pet.
